Ingredients

Each serving (1 capsule) contains:

B1 (as Thiamine TTFD) 50mg
B2 (as Riboflavin) 5mg
B5 (as Calcium Pantothenate) 5mg
B7 (as Biotin) 400mcg
B9 (as L-Methylfolate) 680mg DFE – easy to digest, unlike folic acid
B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 50mcg – naturally occurring rather than Cyanocobalamin, which is commonly used and chemically synthesized
Choline Bitartrate 50mg
Myo-Inositol 550mg
Organic Aloe Vera (Leaf and Inner Gel) 10mg – enhances the absorption of nutrients

Other Ingredients: Tapioca starch capsules and less than 0.5% silicon dioxide.

Directions

This is a very rare B complex , very good !

This B complex is really non existent outside of this product. No one else makes this. I find it a perfect fix to provide my body with all the other B complex essentials without the B6 that my body is sensitive to and has a history of storing to much in my body. Thank you so much.
